The main purpose is to automate and streamline the process of posting priority polls for two departments.
It replaces manual polling with an efficient, automated system that not only collects responses but also logs and reports on them, ensuring team accountability.
PrioBot has been designed to be standalone yet highly functional - it can operate as simply a PrioPoll Poster or a full comprehensive Post and Tracker.
With the option to integrate with the clockin bot, it allows PrioBot to level up and detect who doesn't meet the required hours after reacting for the prio.
The bot will then (Optionally, of course) send a message to a chosen channel with a list of the users who reacted and met/didn't meet the minimum designated time.
PrioBot also has a configurable "Reaction Limit" and orders all reactions in order by using a comprehensive reaction logging system
It also sends an un-limited list to the logs channel incase one of the starting 15 need to be subbed out.
